1. About this shop
Shaniztoons is a trading name of Sandycroft Workwear Ltd., registered in England and Wales under company number 07917944. Our VAT registration number is GB 125 5273 27. Our registered office is Prior House, 129 High Street, Prestatyn, Wales, LL19 9AS. Our trading address is 26 Babbage Road, Engineer Park, Sandycroft, CH5 2QD. 2. Our mugs
Each product page describes the mug and shows its design and SKU. Please check the design, wording, details and quantity carefully. Screen colours can differ slightly from the printed item; this does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description. Drinks and photographic props are not included unless expressly stated.
3. Prices, orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. Mugs are £10.00 each with free UK delivery in 1–2 working days. Available payment methods are shown in our secure Stripe checkout. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe. Adding a mug to your basket does not place an order. Check the total and delivery details before choosing to pay.
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we provide an order confirmation. Please save your order reference. If we cannot supply a paid order, we will contact you and refund the amount due promptly. We will not charge a different price without your agreement.
Buy 3 mugs, get the 4th free
Mix and match any mug designs, including multiple copies of the same design. Add every mug you want, including the free ones, to one basket. For each complete group of four mugs in the same order, one mug is free automatically: four mugs cost £30, eight cost £60 and twelve cost £90 at our current £10 price. Additional mugs outside a complete group of four are charged at their displayed price. No promotional code is needed. The basket and secure checkout show the amount to pay before you order. If prices differ, the lowest-priced eligible mugs are free. Free mugs remain part of your order and have the same product rights as the other mugs.
4. UK delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Free UK delivery is expected within 1–2 working days; this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Any Christmas order deadlines will be published before the festive period. Unless a different period is agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days. We remain responsible for goods until they reach you or your nominated recipient.
5. Changing your mind
For standard, non-personalised mugs bought online, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. Email sales@shaniztoons.co.uk to request cancellation or return instructions. Returns address: Shaniztoons, Sandycroft Workwear Ltd., 26 Babbage Road, Engineer Park, Sandycroft, CH5 2QD. Include your order reference so we can identify your return. Please package mugs securely.
You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind. Refunds include any standard outbound delivery charge and use the original payment method, without a refund fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, and will refund within 14 days of that point. A deduction may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
A standard catalogue mug does not become personalised simply because it is printed after ordering. If genuinely personalised items are offered later, any cancellation exception will be explained before purchase. Faulty-goods rights still apply.
6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect mugs
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods; repair, replacement and other remedies may apply afterwards. We will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty or incorrect. Photos can help us resolve damage reports, but are not a condition of your legal rights.
7. Cancellation notice
You may send a clear cancellation statement using these details: your name and address, order number, mug name or SKU, order and delivery dates, and a statement that you wish to cancel. You may use your own wording. Send cancellation notices to sales@shaniztoons.co.uk.
8. Website use and responsibility
Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation. Website content does not grant permission to reproduce product artwork. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Questions and changes
For questions, support or complaints, email sales@shaniztoons.co.uk. We provide support by email only. Updated terms will show their revision date; changes will not remove rights attached to an accepted order. UK consumers retain the mandatory protections and court rights that apply where they live.
